Taking ownership of complaints and queries and proactively following through to resolution with internal escalation, where required. Maintaining records through ERP of all transactions and interactions made with customers. Perform various customer service activities, including upselling and handling new existing accounts. Act as a liaison between clients and operations other departments to ensure efficient service levels are delivered to the clients. To check raise invoices as per company objectives and ensure the same is delivered within the delivery deadlines agreed. Assisting management and Team Manager with any assigned special projects and providing backup to the team manager when required. Liaison with Shipping Lines and NVOCCs for obtaining Freight Rates on a timely basis. Preparation of Quotes in a timely manner to ensure good speed of response. Handling of all Shipping Documents to ensure smooth clearances and movement of cargo. Liaison with CHAs for hassle-free Customs Clearance of Import and Export cargo.

Mechanical Engineer

Act as head of all installation activities at the site and manage riggers to ensure efficient service levels are delivered to the clients as per agreed deadlines. Maintaining customer focus at all times and answering customer’s inquiries using the standard guidelines. Taking ownership of complete machinery installations and technical queries and proactively following through to resolution with internal escalation, where required. Maintaining records of site installation and safety activities documents as per Standard Operating Procedure Execute machinery dismantling, matchmaking, machines assembly, skidding, lifting, and installation including electrical, piping. Visiting project sites to understand the scope of work and Preparation of Quotes, method statement, HIRA, etc. Sourcing vendors and vendor management in the project site. Read machine drawings and prepare Installation Drawings Read Crane Load Chart and assess crane capacity and prepare rigging drawing Conduct internal meetings, work allocation, tool box meetings, daily technical meetings with client and present status reports. Coordination with external resources like Design Engineers, Fabricators, Consultants, Surveyors. Manage Supervisors, Electrical and Mechanical Riggers, brief daily rigging requirement as per clients project planning schedule. Manage Contract with Subcontractors, Vendors, Fabricators, MHE Suppliers including quality supervision.
